The reason I choose these guys is they normally have the most competitive price (scooters, bikes), but the added bonus is the amazing customer service.Gavin always responds immediately, and the item is shipped literally same day or the next day. One instance, he ran out of stock for one of the colours of the scooter I was purchasing and I received a call straight away to advise me, and was offered a full refund, change of colour etc.The next time I purchased, he automatically upgraded to express shipping as it was close to Xmas time, no charge!Honestly, you don't get this level of service anymore - so impressed and so grateful!Thanks again Gav, all the best!
