Worst experience of my entire life dealing with a business.Nathan was very unprofessional and not very clear or concise about what he was going to do with my vehicle when he asked for it to be towed to his business place.He never told me that my vehicle would not be left at his business place for clear assessment and quote, instead he was only going to take photos whilst the vehicle was still on the towing truck! and have me pay for it to be towed back same day and then provide quotation. I mean who does that!Nathan hung up the phone in between conversations after arguing about some instructions he never mentioned on the phone.I have had to spend $250 for nothing.I would not recommend this business to anyone, and I hope it doesn’t receive any services in the future from anyone looking for a decent place to treat customers with respect and dignity.

Incredibly happy with the level of professionalism and quality of work done by the tradesman. I am super particular about my car and find it very hard to be happy after I have taken it somewhere to have work done. Mick Young Smash Repairs have met and exceeded my expectations and done an amazing job repairing my front bumper. The communication from start to finish was exactly how it should be, the job was done in the time they said with amazing attention to detail. I can't recommend them enough.
