ROOF SMART

Tile Roof recoat. Highly unsatisfactory with NO suitable follow up after repeated calls to owner and receiving constant stalling. Although owner agreed after an inspection that workmanship was NOT up to standard, he FAILED to have work done to correct un adhering paint done in inappropriate weather conditions. Constantly making excuses and put offs, 'yeh should be able to get to it in New year etc. etc.' The best line was, oh, hasn't he done that job yet, I thought he had!! He, Jason is supposedly the owner and doesn't know what has been done. Be warned you will probably get low quality workmanship.

Did an exceptional job on the roof of our house in Maldon. Heritage listed 1950s property with terracotta tiles covered in moss, needed some careful attention. Came up an absolute treat. Gutters replaced as well. All contractors involved were friendly and professional. Absolutely recommend.

Brother away. Other brother didn't answer phone. Would have had missed call on his phone and could have rang back.

Jason was very helpful and responded fast. Prompt efficient service and very knowledgeable.

Hopeless is all I can say. This tradesman, who is also the owner came to quote. Supplied his quote. I was happy with his quote and wanted him to begin when he was ready. He kept delaying and putting me off. His standard line was used on all 5 follow up calls....yep..should be starting in about 3 weeks". He blatantly lied. Four months later I have given up begging this fool to begin. I got another quote and got the job done within 2 weeks.Moral of the story...he leads you on and lies....some honesty would have helped...but he did not have the courage to be honest and tell me when he could be begin or even if he wanted to take on this re-roofing job.Do NOT trust. Do NOT use."
