Tried to buy a hat but then the postage price was 3x the cost of the item. Don't do it, no stars from me. A job for ACC.This was their response. This is a flat fee which is charged for orders below $100.In most cases, depending on where customers live, we are forced to pay even more to cover the freight.Kind Regards,NancyAdmin

The team at Best Buy organised an alternative delivery service (due to Australia post deliveries being suspended) to deliver them to my home within 48 hours. Exceptional customer service. I purchased 3 P2 masks on thursday evening and had them in my hands on Sunday afternoon. Even in the current horrific bushfire situation Moe and his team brought a shipment of masks from Sydney to Canberra and hand delivered them! You couldn't ask for better service than that!

These guys are the BEST! Great customer service! I am a chronic asthmatic, needed a P2 mask asap, ordered online as none available where I live, AustPost needed to suspend deliveries where I live due to safety for their staff (understandably) and these amazing BBTS peeps have organised a truck to arrive especially. Can you believe this! Of course safety is a priority, but they are giving this a go. Thank you from the bottom of my heart and those other around me who are trying to stay out of hospital. You are angels.
