Couldn't stop writing a review after couple of services from BP. When we are driving our family around in rain, sun, hail OR wind we are completely dependent on our cars to move us around. At this point we need to have peace of mind and know whom to contact when our automobiles break. One person we could relay on is BP auto. Had many instances where BP auto came our rescue, over phone, physically, through his known channels.I would highly recommend BP auto for any kind of services and repairs.His smile and customer services amazed me.

I hired the spray booth and he charged me $300 per day. The spray booth barely had any portable work stands for my parts to be sprayed. He wanted us to spray the car with the parts attached to it but I prefer spraying the parts and the car separately as I wanted to achieve a better result. Paying $300 for a spray booth with NO BAKING CYCLE was absolutely not worth it. Not only that, he expected us to finish the car when the paint obviously takes longer to dry with no baking cycle. As a result, we did not get to finish spraying the car. We felt very rushed and ultimately scammed. And also, what kind of business does not have a rubbish bin?? Absolutely ridiculous! While my partner and I were doing my car, we both witnessed him constantly revving a customer’s Range Rover and resulted in a loud explosion with lots of white smoke coming from the engine bay. Seeing this made me believe that the business is quite dodgy and not professional.

Exceptional Service and Attention to Detail. Bob and team went above and beyond to address all the issues during the Service of my car and was Open and Honest throughout the process with regards to the cost and communication. Trust is always an expectation when we look out for mechanics and get our cars serviced.This factor was well addressed by Patil who owns and works as a mechanic when I got my car serviced couple of months ago and was impressed with his honestly for not changing the mechanical parts unnecessarily which pushed me to approach him and review my 2nd car which I looked up online and intended to buy.He was kind enough to drive down all the way and inspected the car for about 50 mins before giving a go ahead and I decided to buy my second car.Last week, I went to him for my pink slip and he was great in customer service too. It is good to support small businesses and this guy has more than 2 decades of experience which is shown in his workmanship is my opinion and I recommend him for your car services.Cheers
