Bought the LDV Delivery 9 two weeks ago and it stopped in the middle of the road while it was at work. We got it to the city dealership where I bought the van and they said that it will be another 2 weeks they will check the van of any fault and furthermore to fix it.I asked for replacement van because I had a job to do and bills to pay. They said they can’t help. Extremely disappointed!

Buying a car from this dealership has been the worst experience of my life. Didn’t even have the car 24hr and it came up with a major fault and car was not usable, Intially rang the dealership who were less then helpful, it wasn’t until my husband rang did we get any assistance. Long storey short they did replace the car, (with a few bonus extras for the inconvenience) and after we drove it the 6 hours home came up with the same fault. Rang again and of course you guessed it, no real help. If anyone, the service manager has been the most helpful, together with the receptionist who actually called me back and kept me informed. Communication there is absolutely poor. Will never recommended or buy another car from there again - buyers don’t waste your time find another dealer.

Jack, Caleb and Vikram made my car purchase very smooth; Communication was great throughout this journey. Vikram sorted out the internal finance in 2 days while my external finance agency took 2 weeks until pre-approval stage and wanted 1 more week before approving car pick up.

I called the dealership to enquire about the T60 Pro Max in a manual. I was put through to Josh. Josh was able to provide me with all the details on this vehicle. He also asked questions to understand what I was looking for in a vehicle to ensure that I had the right model for my needs.
