The brisket burger was especially noteworthy - the meat was juicy and flavorful, and it was cooked to perfection. The burger was also nicely complemented by the toppings, which added a great balance of flavors and textures. The fish and chips was also a standout dish. The fish was flaky and tender, and the batter was crispy and perfectly seasoned. The chips were also well-prepared, and made for a satisfying side dish.In addition to the food, the view was absolutely fantastic. It's always a treat to be able to enjoy a meal with a beautiful view, and this restaurant certainly delivered on that front.

This quaint and cozy cafe nestling amidst the hills in Wisemans ferry is simply beautiful. The view is stunning, the staff extremely polite, they even called me each time to confirm and accommodate any changes to my bookings, and the food was simply divine. Every single dish was so very tasty and presented so well. This cafe has such a feel good factor that I am still thinking of it though my holiday was a week ago. If you have to miss it , you will be really missing a great experience!!

Nestled on the right hand side just passed the Wisemans Hotel, down a driveway there is this wonderful cafe with friendly and helpful staff. The food was fresh and tasty. I had the Arancini which were very cheesy and delicious. Coffee was great as well. We took the opportunity as it was a nice day to sit out on the balcony in the fresh air.If you have children there is a TV outside on balcony with beanbags for them to chill for a bit as well. Nice touch

It was our first visit to Heritage Valley Cafe and it was utterly delightful! All of the staff were so smiley and friendly, made us feel very welcome and were so helpful finding us a table and with the menu. The food was delicious and they kindly made me one of the incredible tomato and bocconcini tarte tartins (even though they had sold out) and it was amazing!! Everything was fresh and yummy. Will absolutely be back.

We ordered the big breakfast as my husband wanted the chorizo and it was the only thing on the menu with chorizo. When the dish came we asked about the chorizo and was then told there was no chorizo left. The manager tried to refund us for the chorizo only but after we asked to speak to the chef (she was too busy to speak to us), they gave us a refund on the big breakfast that we had not touched and was taken back. The other orders were delicious, we really enjoyed the fish and chips, lemon ricotta pancakes, tarte tartin and coffees.

While I can appreciate the lovely views from the outdoor dining room, I am giving a low rating to Heritage Valley Cafe as the food just wasn't very good.I visited for a breakfast while in town. It was a nice morning to sit outside and enjoy a good breakfast ahead of a day of traveling. The mushrooms on toast was very average and I would not recommend it. In addition to the dish I ordered a poached egg and a hash brown. When my dish arrived, it was cold. Not even warm.. cold which meant that the toast was hard and it lacked flavour. Poached eggs can be tricky to make, but from what I was served, it was obvious that the chef could not make a poached egg either. They should remove that as an option if the kitchen staff are unable to fulfil it. Another small thing that went wrong is that I asked for the hash brown on the side, instead it came on one of the main dishes.Whatever the reasons for it, the food was not good and because of that, I would not recommend visiting.

Such a great spot with views to the hills. Brilliant service, great menu selections and good coffee. There's a kids corner tucked on tb ed outside balcony, too. Great for the kids, not so great when kids bash toys against the walls disturbing other diners as oblivious parents sit inside tapping on their phones.

Delicious gourmet meals but capacity is tight at lunch. You can get takeaway and eat at the nearby Wisemans Ferry playground if you are with children or the nearby lakeside reserve. Their burgers are absolutely to die for and their fish and chips are well cooked! For lunch, there aren't many options but the quality is nonetheless impeccable.
