AMAZING! Hands down amazing! Our pooches went for two weeks and they had a ball. Thomas took them on regular walks and we received regular updates of photos on how they were going. The team at Kholo honestly nothing was too hard for them from pick up to drop off. We cannot thank you enough and are so grateful for your caring and loving souls!

Oscar has been staying at Kholo over the last 5 years and we are very happy with the service and accommodation space. He always jumps out of the car with excitement when we arrive and he looks happy and healthy (and smells great after a bath) when we pick him up. It's a home-away-from-home for him. In particular, thank you Thomas for walking Oscar, he thrives on daily exercise.

I'm so disappointed with this organisation and will NEVER use them ever again. We paid thousands of dollars for them to care for our two dogs and two cats while we were in Europe. One of our dogs died in their care and our cats returned in terrible condition. Our happy and healthy 5yo German Shepherd got bloat leading to a twisted stomach and spleen. Even giving them the benefit of the doubt that this was a freak event, there are considerable differences in the story they gave me about the condition he was in on being taken to the vet and what the vet said about his condition on arrival. Our cats had lost so much weight. One is a sphynx and we provided a little shirt for him to wear if it was cold. He was wearing that on collection and it was filthy and black, he'd clearly worn it the entire time without washing. I took a bed and provided leads which never came back when collecting. And the most disappointing part, being sent the additional charges for the euthanasia of my dog like it was a regular business transaction with no care that our pet had died in their care. On collecting the remaining animals, you'd think a senior person might have been there to apologise, explain further and show some compassion. (we received one facebook message outlining what happened) Nope, a team member who wasn't present when this took place was there to greet me (not his fault). Maybe even a card, or a small gift or SOMETHING would have been appropriate to show they actually cared for what happened. Our dog dying is bad enough but the way they handled it is the most disappointing.

Clean environment. Professional staff. Their competence was quickly evident in their immediate interactions with our dog. Numerous staff on hand. Dog returned clean and happy.

A huge thank you for caring for our Maltese, Prada. She had a wonderful time, she’s come home more settled and less clingy. I wish to also thank you for allowing us to pick her up a little bit earlier. Will definitely be using your services again. Thank you Jules ♥️

I walk a fair bit in the area and the dogs always seem to be distressed. The people there don't care for them?

My partner and I recently moved from Brisbane to Canberra and put our dog and cat into the Brisbane West kennel for 9 days during this time. It was our first experience leaving our pets with people other than family, and we were left upset and unimpressed. When our pets were picked up by Dogtainers, they both looked very nervous. As it was their first time in a kennel, we wanted to call to see how they were settling in. Brisbane West does not have a direct number, and the 1300 number puts you on to someone outside of the facility. We found it very difficult to get an update because the person we spoke to didn’t know our pets at all. Each time we called, they said they would call their manager at Kholo and get back to us. It would take us calling multiple times throughout the day to hear anything back.If that wasn’t bad enough, when the day arrived we would finally be seeing our pets again in Canberra, it turned into a distressing four hours trying to figure out where our cat was. Dogtainers arrived at our house, and straight away I could tell the cat they had delivered was not Poppy. Immediately I called Dogtainers and they said they would look into it. A few hours passed with no answer, so I decided to take the cat that had been dropped to my house to the vet and have the microchip scanned. I got the details for her owner, and after speaking to them on the phone, I discovered our pets had been boarding at Brisbane West together. My partner, Dad and I were all trying to call Do Littles to see if there had been a mistake. Of course we were only able to call the 1300 number, and we were all met with the same response “call Dogtainers” “we will get back to you”. As usual though, they did not get back to us. I really don’t understand how this situation was not taken more seriously? It took us four hours to find out that Do Littles had handed the wrong cat over to Dogtainers. How does this happen? Our pets all have microchips for this reason? If my family being in a state of panic for hours wasn’t bad enough, poor Cleo had to unnecessarily fly from Brisbane to Canberra and back again in the same day. It is just unacceptable. It now makes us wonder when we did eventually get an update on how our pets were going, were they even referring to the right cat? Or was ‘Poppy’ ‘Cleo’ for 9 days?If you are looking for a boarding facility to give your pets the care they deserve, please steer clear of Do Littles.

IF YOU READ ANY REVIEW - THIS IS THE ONE.If I could give a negative star review I would. I was traveling to Europe for 5.5weeks over Christmas with my family and decided to put our 3 dogs in (2 small, 1 large). Our two Maltese x Shih tzu were put in a pen together with 2 other unknown dogs (4 total) their website states even during ‘peak time’ they only allow 3 small dogs to a pen, however this was obviously not the case. We received a phone call early hours of Christmas morning from a vet asking if we had spoken to the kennel as our dog had been viciously attacked by another within the pen. After trying to get in contact multiple times and leaving several messages Dolittles finally answered. We obviously asked what had happened to which they replied the staff started late Christmas day and had eventually found our Tilly curled in the corner of her pen with severe blood wounds. After more information from the vet we found out sepsis had kicked in due to Dolittles leaving our dog unattended for such an extreme length of time. We immediately had family friends remove our other two dogs from their so called “care”. Additionally, it took well over a week to get any form of refund out of them which we had to ask for. To top that off we had to pay the cremation fee.. which they never offered to compensate for. All in all, if you care for your pet and would like to see them alive and healthy after your trip do not take them here. Absolutely disgraceful.

Shockingly similar to another review on here that was treated with scepticism. Our cousin picked up or dog for us and found him with a very large gash on his face - would have been impossible not to notice it (see photo attached). We never received a phone call about it and no explanation was given on pick up. We were told there was nothing in the notes about it and they'd have to get back to us. Which is upsetting to say the least. It is almost like they don't take notes so they can deny responsibility?!? Look, we expect that things can happen when dogs are together, and they can't be monitored 24/7. But, it was the lack of action or reaching out to us when it happened or offering any option for vet care (there was a puncture wound in his mouth and he needs antibiotics, and he should have gotten them right away. But we were not given that option since we were not told till pick up.) Unacceptable. Would not recommend.
