RENTER BEWARE!!We rented a storage shed to store furniture while having our house repaired after flood damage. Not paid by insurance but by us. Found out on the day of leaving that we were being charged over $100 more per month than others next to us with the same size shed. When questioned why we are being overcharged we were told that's just the way it is. Apparently, prices fluctuate on demand, but they don't reduce the rent if the price goes down.The same shed when we left was being offered for $80 less than we were paying.Price gouging at its finest.

Have used Fort Knox Storage a few times.The staff are very helpful and friendly.The facilities are kept immaculate.Have had our items in storage for over 12 months and no issues at all.Would definitely use again and highly recommend to anyone looking for good storage.

Good, clean facility with easy access including a lift to get your stuff to the first floor units. They also have trolleys to move your items and a trailer that you can use. Very secure, different size storage areas, quite reasonably priced and very friendly staff.

I had rung a few places but Sandra delve a little deeper into my needs with a bunch of questions. And thank goodness she did bc turned out I did NOT need what everyone else was trying to sell me lol. She got me all organized and was efficient and so friendly. The shed itself is clean as seems rest of the facility. I couldn't be happier with the whole thing!
