APM

I have a job,and was currently in the process of applying for a new job, so my hours with my current job decreased because i had to attend several interviews to apply for the new job that i wanted. I am always working, and find work on my own without the assistance of job agencies. The only reason i had to attend konekt employment was because my youngest child had turned 6 and they make sure i meet my requirements. I had always attended my appointments with Judy or called to cancel if i had to work. Once she did not give me notice of an appointment, except for a txt msg from the system on a sunday the very day before my appointment. she knew i was working and was informed that i was also in the process of applying for a new job. She cancelled my payments. I recieved sms notification while i was at work and had to leave work early so i could sort out the situation. I definitely had met all of my requirements, Judy had simply failed to notify me of what information i needed to provide to her.I am now waiting at the office on time for another appointment missing 2 hours of work now to attend this appointment. It is only 9.15am i can hear her chatting and laughing with colleagues while she is 20 minutes late.
