services and fees are excellent in Ku Hair .After recommend by my friend last year,never look back.Fully recommend.

I show the hairdresser of reference that I want but he cut it for me too short and doesn’t look like in a reference that I show him I don’t like my hair now it too short and it’s take a long time to grow it again so I’m not gonna come here again!

absolutely atrocious, they cut my bangs so short that I want to cry, it was uneven and i can’t begin to talk about how short they cut my hair when i only asked for a trim, they didn’t listen or take anything i said into account they don’t care what you want they just do whatever they feel like doing. i didn’t even want the trim with my hair colouring but they said i needed to ridiculous wouldn’t recommend going at all unless you want to cry

I have never had such a bad and horrible experience from a hair salon except for this place, Ku Hairs Studio. My youngest daughter went in for a haircut and we took a ticket number marked 17. She had to wait in line for a ridiculously long time of 2 hours. They never even acknowledged her and ignored her after they had asked her what she wanted, where she responded with haircut". They only accepted those who responded with treatments which costed more and even took in people who didn't have an appointment or walked in after my daughter. This is unacceptable and unfair as they put her to the side because she only requested for a haircut. The hairdressers were very rude and in a way bullied her because she was requesting for a treatment that costed less. I have zero tolerance for this issue and I will report this to Victoria Ombudsman

Amazing hairstylist!I will always come back as they know what I want, the owner is amazing they go through the process and inform me of risk when bleaching my hair.

The hairstyle I want is completely different from the one I cut out. I won't go there for the second time.
