Order the ‘Lara’ skirt and ‘Everyday’ skirt for my daughter and they both fit perfectly. Great quality and quick delivery

Bad customer service.Ordered items online, one didn't arrive due to their inability to keep up with online and in store orders and stock level allocations. This wasn't the issue so much as them ignoring numerous polite emails questioning what happened.This seems like a company no longer interested in customer service let alone good service as they are with influencers since they have grown.UPDATE April 2023After writing this review in 2022 and emailing Twice I did receive a email back apologising and provided with a $20 voucher should I wish to shop there again. In all honesty I was satisfied that they replied but had no intension of redeeming the voucher.now over a year later my sister called me one day that she was in the shop and found a skirt and top set that I would like that was on sale and I would like it. i thought with my voucher it was too good an offer to resist.The experience this time round was much better with them mailing out the items and with a follow up email confirming that my delivery had arrived.I could confidently say that their service has improved greatly and the items purchased were lovely on.I have also changed my rating from a 1 to 3 star.

Have purchased alot from this brand and they are amazing! Since I found Twiice I never have to look around and put items together to make a modest fit. Twiice is a one stop shop. This brand has something for everyone. You’ll definitely come back for more. I also must add the quality is amazing. You get what you pay for.

Amazing Quality Modest Pieces that are stylish and elegant. Great prices and amazing service, easy returns when shopping online. All garments are quality statement pieces anyone would want in thier wardrobe.
