My experience with them was not pleasant at all. Massive delay on construction. Number of defects post handover. Cameron Park itself is a great place to live. I just wouldn’t recommend Cameron Grove or Riba to anyone. It was a bad experience for me. It’s stressed me out every time I talked about them. Quantity and not quality sorry to say that. The sale team is lovely apart from that is a big thumb-down.

NEVER NEVER NEVER again. Avoid this company like the plague. They sell a dream but deliver a nightmare. Promise after promise on completion dates are just lies. 18 months past the contract completion date and we are still waiting. Don’t even start me on the quality. They promote and sell 60mm kitchen bench tops and deliver 20mm then just say bad luck.As an accredited building certifier I should have know better.Lesson learned, don’t get burned.

massive delay in construction time, without giving any specific date. lots of issues post handove, specially with plumbing but then they blame you for any issues. maintenance team just does not respond even after been called 4-5 times. just poor service
