Such a helpful team, especially the woman I can’t remember her name but she has glasses and long black curly hair. She has been handling my file for a while now and truly understands my needs, and does everything she can to help me find the right opportunities for me during such a stressful DSP process. An outstanding 4-part course with Wes (Food Safety, Barista, Non-Alcoholic Beverages and RSA). Thoroughly enjoyable...as slow as you need, as fast as you need, plenty of practical to back up the easy-to-read theory and fun! Recommended. Do it!

Today I completed my certificate 3 in age care the instructor Lisa Timothy is a great instructor with out her I probably wouldn't have passed she help me immensely she pushed me to keep going ETC don't ever lose her.

Cannot recommend Lisa enough to anyone looking into aged or disability support work, she should be your first pick as a trainer. Personable, professional, and a fantastic teacher, she has been a great trainer to work with while completing my certificate in individual support through ETC. From her guidance and help I was able to complete my theory work with her in 8 weeks while also completing placement hours simultaneously. ETC has been a great help with transitioning into a new industry of work the whole way through. Highly recommend them.
