Would give 0 star if i could. Grita, Sam and Serge are more motivated with their own egos than selling anything. They are dishonest, vindictive, and most of their listings are not even genuine. They have been evicted for not paying rent, owe people money and don't have the right qualifications to operate a school canteen, let alone for you trust them with your business. Also, their 5 star review was done by the owner LOL. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

We are building our first home with AU properties. Serge has been fantastic and helped us finding a great deal on the land and was very flexible in customising your house. Serge is very dedicated to his work and highly professional. We are very happy with their service. Would definitely recommend to everyone who wants to build or buy their dream home.

As first home owners we were very hesitant in buying a house, scared of loosing our saving, taking a big step into the home market to create our forever home.We called so many house and land contractors boutique homes, Hamilton and GJ gardeners home, all answered and willing to help but up to today we still have not received a call back to assist with our enquiry.We were hopeless and started to give up until our mortgage broker told us about property Au. Our I formation was past on. We immediately received a call from Serge, he reassured us that he will be with us to the end.He made everything easy, he listened to our needs and wants. We told him our likes and dislikes and he made it happen.The very next day we received a call from Serge telling us that he found the perfect land and he was able to talk the land down in price.In less then a week he had a house plan written up, he walked us through everything from the extras added at minimal cost to the free upgrades.We gave him a budget and he made sure we were below target.After the plans were completed we looked at the display homes in Tullamarine and we picked out all things for our interior.the building was a long process during covid but Serge answered all calls and updated us through all processes and any upgrades that were given.There are builder out there but for new home owners I am truly satisfied with the high level of customer service given by Serge that I have recommended him to all my friends.To my conclusion we will be building again in a couple of years and we will be calling on Serge our number 1 planner.Thanks Serge for making us feel important.
