$2slap Shop using Super glue and sticky tape to fix your car. Substandard workmanship and overspray guaranteed, avoid this chop shop like the plague if you want your vehicle repaired correctly

My parts missing during repairs and they did not put the cover back! The guy(KEN) told me it's normal like that to be open and this car model(Honda Accord) did not have cover from factory they told me its mean to be open like that??? I have no knowledge about car But I know what missing when you were driving your car for more than 6 years. And which car company have it open like that (Photos attached)On the day of repairs the lady was rude told me I was very late for the appointment, but I did call them 2-3 days before that I cannot make 9am on the day but I will be there at 12 and they said that's ok.I do not recommend Gemini Enoggera. i wont be coming here if RACQ did not appointed me to.

Service was friendly and efficient. My car repair came back quicker than I was expecting. A quick wash and vacuum of my car was a nice touch too.

Good quality workmanship on a repair to my BT50 completed recently. The time frame was a little longer than expected but the work was good. I don’t mind waiting a little longer to get a good job back. Considering how busy these guys are I think the wait was acceptable. Cheers for the work Gemini !

Gemini Enoggera is absolutely fantastic! They did a great job on fixing a panel damaged when I lowered the garage door on it. My rear panels started moving a little and I took the car back and they showed me where someone else had since gently hit the rear of my car. BUT they fixed the slightly wonky panels for free in hand an hour. (Just needed adjustments). The slight ding and paint chip is still there but almost invisible. Goodness - I was blown away. They were so kind and helpful. Well done 5* all the way Sue

Efficient drop off and pick up process, staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. Overall my experience was great and I would recommend using this company.

The work completed was faultless.However; your phone system is frustrating! Many times I was unable to phone through or leave a message.

Serval delays on the pick up time but manage to let me know each time before me going there physically and find out delayed pickup date.Great service on providing the taxi while dropping and picking up vehicle.Poor communication with the receptionist somehow sounds very irritated with my questions and not very knowledgeable about the insurance policy as well.Great job done on the repairmen itself, can’t even see the previous damage.
