he is so unprofessional and disgusting he is laughing me ha ha ha. i also complain him to my agent. i wait 2 weeks , and finally he comefor fix my balcony problem and he didnt fix anything and left. i said him. do you think its will fix problem? and he is laughing me and left.

PMC have managed my property for over a year now and it's refreshing how easy they make it all for me. You hear about nightmare stories about being a landlord but PMC have removed that out of the equation for me. Their communication and customer service is exceptional - the thing I like most is their pro-active approach where they resolve things before I even have to ask! They even make tax time simple. I can't recommend them highly enough and will continue to use them to manage my subsequent properties.
