Customer service definitely needs to be improved. Saturday 7th December 2 staff serving front end had no idea! No stock to buy, no service skill sets - nothing, no recovery options when ask something just simply NO! obviously people are employed by banner hardware these days with limited knowledge and a who cares attitude.

I got my gas bottle filled and they stuffed the thread so when I connect it it leaks. The connection from my house is brand new and other gas bottles are fine when connected (not to mention been checked by a professional) They tested it with their connection which has the little nozzle insert not like mine and claim there is nothing wrong with the bottle it is my line. So because of there stuff up I now have no gas for m children tonight. The guy was rather rude and smug about it..I will be taking this further and will continue to update you

Great store, but .. the earthcore heavy duty pressure sprayer is over priced for the quality. First time use and is already broken clips and does not hold liquid with pressure.

Went there for a 3 kgs gas bottle refill. It was close to the week end and the young fella that was meant to refill it was more in the hurry to go to the pub than do his job properly. So after not even a minute, he unhooked the bottle, handled it back to me pretending it's full. I just ran out of gas a week later!!
