a day agoNEWAs per other 1 star reviews David Embelton cannot warrant his products which he imports. Always blames something else and tries to talk down to you as if you don't have any knowledge or experience. We have been in the timber flooring industry for over 25 years and never did we have issues with flooring delamination, expansion, noisy and faulty, until we started using your products. Until speaking with others in the industry we quickly discovered every retailer was experiencing the same issues. Not only did it cost us thousands of dollars to replace your faulty products but the amount of business we gave your company, you left us on our knees. The whole industry knows your character and dishonest and dirty approach. I guess that is why all retailers are not selling your products anymore. One day your day will come with karma. I'm surprised your still in business.Stay away from this company there are many flooring businesses out there in which appreciate your business . Make sure you do your research. Don't get caught out like the rest of us.If any customes have experienced issues please notify here and make people aware.
