Strongly incompetent. When the residents need their help the most, the workers just give up and ignore everyone's request for help. If you send your relatives here you're never seeing them again.

Staff is incredibly rude, ignorant, malevolent and they do not care about the residents in need. Had a family member pass away after complete ignorance from an employee who failed to assist him when needed. Do yourselves a favour and send family members to better aged care facilities, this is the wrong place. Absolutely Pathetic. - KW

I feel very confident that my mum is being taken care of.the Staff are wonderful, the place is veryClean,food is great. I don’t need to worry about my mum because l know she is in good hands. My mum is still settling in as it’s only been a week,but every time l visit she is clean and dressed beautifully.
