It was my Daughters second time - and my first at your store, and we were so happy with the service, and atmosphere of the Shop and Staff.Thank you for looking after us, and YES - You have won us over - from all of the other places we have been.Keep up the GREAT Work

Didn’t even get my hair coloured here today as per appointment. Got here at 1145 until 1245… had a cup of tea…was quoted 529 dollars for the first package that was suggested, then 329 dollars for the second package instead suggested, then after 15 minutes told there wasn’t enough time to do it at all and to be offered a complimentary blow dry and toner instead. The manager was not about the customer, was not about a solution even after letting the manager know that I am fine to find another suited time appropriate hair colour as it’s not often I do have the time to get my hair done…it was a “this is not achievable, you won’t be happy so I won’t do it”. Things are not always achievable and that’s ok, but to be listened to, valued and respected is. Something that did not happen in this Northlakes Salon. She then went onto tell me I was making her uncomfortable (thanks for that). Poor experience. I don’t usually write reviews but really disappointed in the customer service more so than anything else as it was the communication that was the key. Went somewhere else in walking distance, got what I wanted and it was done without a hassle.

I had the best experience at Stefan Northlakes with Maddi. She is always so professional and my hair is always perfect. Heidi the manager is always supporting the team. The team is wonderful!!

Daniel is magic with his hands! He is amazing and so lovely and very experienced! Love the colour of my balayage. Went from brunette to the colour of light blonde! Thank you so much! Made a huge difference to how I look and feel after so long

Me and my mother came without an appointment for half a head of foils and tape ins / regrowth dying , the girls were so friendly and fit us both in at the same time so we could have our mother daughter time , timed us so we would finish at the same time , highly recommend for any mums who want to have some time with your daughters on a day out, 10/10

Booked in for a wash, blow dry and style - very unhappy with how my experience went. The lady I had made no effort to make conversation and was rough with my hair throughout the whole appointment. I had made a massive point of saying that I needed my curls that she styled to stay in for an event tonight at 7pm.. which 3 hours later have almost completely fallen out. For $80...never again

I have always loved my appointments with Stefan’s North Lakes but my most recent experience was awful. It felt rushed from the moment I walked in the door. The stylist did not even ask or consult me at the beginning of my appointment about what I was wanting or even introduce themselves to me. My hair just started getting cut and then I was asked if it was just a trim. I had my hair cut dry and then was asked if I wanted to just style it and go cause there was a wait for a basin. This to me shouldn’t have been asked as the service I had booked included a wash and style cut. My stylist left multiple times to chat to coworkers during my appointment and had missed cutting one side of my hair at one stage. When I made a comment about it politely I was told “I always check my cuts” and then proceeded to have my hair styled with curls and then cut which has resulted in me having uneven hair that looks absolutely awful. The lack of attention to detail was so disappointing. This was a horrible experience compared to what I have previously experienced from this salon and the result I have been left with is appalling.

My daughter has just had the worst experience and I feel she was taken advantage of even though she questioned it herself, as she was charged for services she didn’t ask for or wasn’t explained to her properly before paying or saying no! She had to wait to be seen and then was left for more then 10 minutes only for a trim and layers which there is no sign of any layers but only signs of a bad cut that’s not straight at the back due to cutting hair dry, she was there in total of 50 minutes and charged $112???

Dan was amazing! I showed him a picture and he knew exactly what to do. Supported by Maddie who was everywhere all at once, i was so impressed by with my look by the end! Just stunning. They provided me with products and maintence advice for keeping my look fresh at home. So helpful. I have booked for my refresh in 6 weeks. Definitely recommend!
