Nice and convenient location, spacious and well organised branch on the inside, friendly staff that is helpful and cooperative, adequate variety in all products, could not find Barley in the whole store, cream range was good and biscuits as well, overall good experience,

Friday 17th march at 7.10pm ,There was this young lady who I think is the manager, she spoke really bad with one of the staff ( a tall young man with dark skin) who was actually giving us a really nice customer service with a good attitude, but she embarrassed him in front of customers! It's a shame! She must learn more skills before becoming a manager!

Aldi is normally pretty good with this but today(9am) the entire trolley bay was empty. Having two kids who normally sit in the trolley this was extremely inconvenient.In addition to this when store personal are stocking the shelves they take a great deal of aisle space with there pallet jacks and cardboard bins which makes it difficult to enter or pass in an aisle. If more of the decanting process was done in the back store room less equipment would be needed on the floor reducing potential safety risks to customers aswell.

Attended the watergardens store this afternoon to purchase my wife's favourite Irish cream that aldi only sell. There wasn't any on the shelf but asked the cashier(tall blonde male) who asked Pat who was about to start serving. Pat actually went out into the store room to check and came out with a box. That what I call ee emotional customer service. With other store were as helpful. Great work gents.

Great place to shop. As there isn't alot of stock and variety, food tends to be fresher and in plenty of time for the use by date. Pricing on comparison to other supermarket is pretty much of muchness. Some items are cheaper but then the next item might be a bit more expensive. As they don't offer points I say it's less value for money.

Staff member was rude and not family friendly oriented. As I was packing my shopping with one arm, while trying to keep my 5 month old calm with the other, the cashier rudely says put the items in the trolley and pack at the counter
