I used star car wash having looked them up online the staff were very friendly professional helpful. I got a pre paid service which was worth the price that was quoted I will be getting a extensive Detail very soon which I am looking forward to. I made an appointment the day before due to a tight schedule and was promised that it would be prioritised at the time I brought it in. I arrived about 10 minutes early and they were about to start on another vehicle and had just driven it into the washing bay when he saw me driving in. Hence, he drove the vehicle out and got me to drive it in! I had a platinum wash done with interior dusting and vacuuming. I gave them the time I was going to pick up the car and it was done as requested! Car was washed well and internals vacuumed really well. As it did not include an internal detail, I just headed back to clean the leather seats and wiped the internal plastics and these took me about 15minutes. I usually wash my car weekly on my own but after a road trip, it was just too dirty and hence was glad to get some external help. I would come here to get it washed in future as the service was great and the washing was within my acceptable limits - I do have strict standards! A job well done!

Read the reviews prior to letting my car go thru the wash - gave benefit of a doubt due to the bad reviews left by other people.To my car: Vacuuming was done well but they left shoe mark with dirt (brown stain) on my leather seats. Disappointed to know my car seats were stepped on with shoes on in attempt to clean the roof of my car. Could have at least removed the evidence. Was charged $100 for exterior clean + vacuum. Told me not to look at the board which had fixated price. Wouldn’t go thru them again.

I took my car here for a ‘mini detail’ on Saturday July 9, 2022 at about noon (after an attempted ‘hard sell’ of a full detail, which I couldn’t afford and didn’t need). The place didn’t look terribly busy, but they nevertheless took nearly 3 hours JUST TO START! Then it took a further hour and a half for them to do the job. I am autistic, so the extremely slow service caused me to experience an autistic meltdown, which is not overly dissimilar to a panic attack. When I took back the car, I noticed there was a slight scratch and minor indentation on the front passenger side door that wasn’t there before. To his credit, the man who served me did offer to check the CCTV but, having just had a meltdown, I no longer had the mental energy left to review the footage. All I can say is, DON’T GO HERE! They are horribly slow and may damage your car.

Great service, friendly staff.Always willing to squeeze me in should I not have a booking.Its with sadness that I have to change my review. Paid for a mini detail and paid extra $80 to have door cards and two seats cleaned. Apon arriving home I've noticed as the seats and cards are drying that the stains are reappearing. Side skirts, wheel arches are still covered with sand.Please pay more attention to detail going forward.
