Black Friday sale...Bought Lipstick and foundation i got one lipgloss and kajal liner

Had an amazing time - Danielle did my make-up & was fantastic, took her time and constantly checked back with each product she used to make sure the colours/coverage/look was perfect and exactly what I asked for. Couldn’t recommend these guys higher - absolutely delightful.

Incredibly helpful, knowledgable staff. I went their to have my makeup done for a special event, and the makeup artist asked what I wanted, and continually checked along the way to see if I was happy with the results.I bought a foundation, that didn't agree with my skin when using it at home, and they were more than happy for me to come back and exchange it for a different formulation, even though I'd opened it and used it.Love!

I went to the store for a browse this afternoon and have received the worst customer service. The female staff said hi with her poker face like I owe her lots of money, and did not offer to assist at all. Before leaving the store she did not even bother to say bye and enjoy your evening etc. I will never walk into this store again. Her service is absolutely not worth the pay from her employer.

I was in there this morning & the lady that helped me (I'm sorry I do not remember her name) was very friendly and knowledgeable about the products and my specific skin concerns & colouring variances. She helped me find the perfect shade that covers my skin with the coverage I needed. I am thrilled with the products I got but more importantly I am very happy with the time she took to discuss what might suit my skin tone.

My experience this morning just after 9am today, was unprofessional, I needed assistance and this lady didn't want to assist me. She didnt even look like she worked there as a make-up artist. She was an older lady with dark curly long hair.I would rather driven into the city or another store because I know I would have received better customer service.If this staff had taken the time to assist me then I wouldnt have to be writing this review.I didnt even get the lady name as she wasn't even wearing a name badge.I won't be going back there if that is the level of service that they are providing their customers.Mac is a great brand it's just a shame that they have staff don't reflect that.Shoppers beware.

For a small store, it has a plethora of products. The service was lovely, very attentive.

If you visit this store, please ask assistance from Tim.Tim is full of knowledge on MAC product. Go with your requirements and Tim should be able to help you..Best service ever.

First time i ever experienced racism in australia . Was waiting at the store for 15 mins patiently while the a man at customer service was helping one of the customer. Another lady staff member came back from break and went straight past me and went to a white customer waiting there for only 1-2 minutes. Without acknowledging i was there waiting first neither did she say hello or asked if i needed any help.Would never return here thanks to the lady who herself was brown like me.
