Built my first home recently under MyGen brand who are apart of Highbury and couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out. With so much going on in the building industry at the moment due to the boost from the grants, the team at Highbury completely met my expectations and more. I was in my house within 10 months of slab going down with most others I know starting around the same time still being built as we speak. A few issues popped up after the build which I feel should be expected and they’ve been fantastic at getting them rectified ASAP. Thanks so much to all the team especially Lauren in the office and Simon who were amazing!

We had Highbury Homes build our 2 story custom design house and couldn't be happier. It's been 3 years now since we moved in, and while there was always going to be a few minor teething problems with a house of this size, our overall experience was very pleasing indeed. The quality of the build is very high, and they were more more than accommodating when it came to sorting out a few little things. We had read and heard about all the problems people face when building with lots of different builders, but we had no issues with Highbury what so ever while they built the home of our dreams. I have not hesitated in recommending them to many people now as we are always getting asked who the builder was, just sorry it took so long to write this review.

Having been exposed to the building industry for over 15 years I have dealt with many builders.My experience with Highbury Homes has been second to none. From initial drawings stage to building license all the way through to handover was professionally managed with staff from all areas of their business eager to get the best outcomes on our behalf.The end product was on time and completed to a high standard.Highbury's company culture is open and friendly and I look forward to another opportunity to work with them again.Regards.JacquesTeepee Developments

This business built my home, I have been asking for a leakage in my garage to be fixed since Oct 2019, and the builder has been giving me the cold shoulder, Steve the supervisor gave me time to come and fix it, I have taken time.e off work, and lost money as a result, and he doesn't show up for the maintenance work

Had the ceiling collapse in my alfresco area, after having an assessor do a full report to find poor workmanship was the cause highbury homes are still denying responsibility, The house is less then 8 years oldWould not reccomend anyone build through highbury homes

Recently taken possession of keys to our new Highbury house.Overall, a positive experience though during the build process we were handed off to 2 site supervisor's and 3 Project Admins which was concerning at the time but turned out to be no issues.Build quality and finishings were excellent as I would expect from a higher end builder.Build time was 9 months (Nov '15 - July '16) for the Hollywood 3.Was disappointed with the included extras on such a high end home. Extras like LED lighting is not standard and are stupidly expensive to do through the builder.They were however very accommodating to the changes to design we wanted on the house which was simple and quick.

Abysmal service. Took them more than a week for something that requires two workers a day. Communication was horrible too - stay away!
