Overly priced products and disgusting taste.. Their malai chai tastes worst than normal chai. I tasted couple of their foods and non of them was any good.

We ordered some sweets to have there. They were not at all fresh. Ordered tea but not as good as they were. Jalmuri was good. Piazus were soggy. Chicken roll was good. Overall not happy with quality and freshness. Disappointed

One of the best point to buy sweets of Bangladesh. They have so many varieties of sweets. If you want to try the test of street food please visit Dhaka Delight. All the staffs are friendly.

U guys r just ripping off people for no reasons. We come to your shop as we miss Bangladeshi snack items … doesn’t mean you can charge whatever price you like. All your food items are highly over priced.Hope someone open another shop adjacent to your shop providing same service with decent price of similar food items and then you will realise your mistake!Don’t want to highlight your customer service as it’s worst by default. Cheap mentality to become RICH quickly.

We ordered food daal puri today. The puri was so bad and smelled so bad that we couldn't eat anything and had to leave all of it. you guys double fry the puri and all oil is inside of the puri, the daal is uncooked. such a shame to make money by selling bad food. please learn from your mistake.

very rude staff(2 female staff ). yesterday evening I went to buy nut biscuit 500 gm which was $28 / kg. the staff who served me gave the biscuit & told it's $18.5. I was surprised and asked why this price ,it should be $14. she told there is 100 gm more biscuit than 500gm. i was confused as i thought it might be less than $18.5 even i take 600gm. Then another staff rudely told me you have 100 gm more so have to pay $18.5. it was a busy time so i didn't argue with them. gave them $18.6 even it was more than my bill. when I gave her money she told me' give that madam (another staff)'. so you guys think you are Sir/ Madam !? Worst customer service ever. you guys should arrange some course for your staff regarding how to deal with customers.

Never buy anything from this store as they have no quality of service, only they care about income. They have stuff in the front line who does not even have basic manner about how to treat a customer. All illiterate stuff working there. No manner at all. My request to the owner of the store, please observe your stuff how do they talk or behave with customers. Remember please, no customer no business.. I hope you will find it out to make it more reliable
