Stay away. I found Denise Abreu to be psychologically abusive. She may lie to you and about you in order to get her way if she doesn't like you for any reason. She did not respect me as a trans person in a way that only truly became apparent when I finally obtained documents that were withheld from me. It seems she is not above misrepresenting statements and documents, nor above lying in order to discredit you.

Haven is a lovely, kind, and inclusive space. Tiarna is an absolute gem of a psychologist who is very affirming of both queerness and neurodiversity. Michael has been extremely kind and caring towards my needs. Absolutely recommend them.

Denise, the owner, has created an incredible environment at Haven and they live an breath their values. I have found them to be kind, compassionate, incredibly inclusive and very welcoming.

I have been a client at Haven for over a year now, with Denise as my regular psychologist, and I have found the general atmosphere to be very welcoming and inclusive. The staff are incredibly warm and friendly and will do all they can to assist with any needs I have. Denise is very professional and caring as well as thorough in her approach to therapies. I have never once felt like I have not been listened to or heard. I would definitely recommend Haven to anyone looking for a great psychology team. Plus they make great coffee!

I am a current client of Haven. I have been with Haven since they opened their doors. Haven has walked beside, and sometimes carried me on my journey of increasing mental health. Everyone here has treated me kindly, gently, and compassionately. Haven is a welcoming and non-judgemental space. The people at Haven genuinely care about and for everyone who walks the front door.Denise is a quality human being. She is a therapist of the highest order. Her ethics are thoughtful, bold, kind and a guiding light. Haven is what it is, because Denise is who she is.

Wasted our time and money. Claimed to be able to provide testing that they have no understanding of. Refused to listen to the patient's concerns. Thousands of dollars gone to a bunch of scammers. And they suppress reviews
