I think service could be improved and being attentive to customers coming in than seeing staffs standing behind the counter talking to each other for the whole duration I was there … meanwhile when there was only one or two customers in-store at the time. I spent ~ 45 minutes there hoping to find a new pair of glasses and once approached, I was told that the pair of glasses that I had in my hand looked better and that I bought them somewhere else (yes I know that….) ….. and didn’t help with styling when I asked and preceded back to the counter. I ended up going to another store.

Very friendly staff. Very helpful and cooperative. Always with a smile on their faces. Professional service. Easy to deal with. Had an appointment. No delays. I took my time to ask all questions I had on mind. I do recommend them. Keep up the good work !

Came in a few weeks ago and it was a great experience. The optometrist was so lovely and the girl who helped me choose out frames made the experience extremely pleasant and I’ll definitely be coming back. My 2 prescriptions were completed in just 8 days. I’ve already have had many compliments.

The service I received from this outlet in Marion shopping centre was unbelievable. Nathan, John and staff are fantastic to deal with. Nathan especially sourced various options for me and went above and beyond. I would highly recommend Oscar Wylee.Don't be shy, go and have a chat with them.Cheers Tom

Excellent service. From the time I booked my appointment I felt welcome and comfortable. I chose a pair of frames and the customer service was excellent. They suggested a different pair and they turned out to be a great match. Highly recommend this store. The optometrist was relaxed and professional.

eye check was great. staff were friendly and attentive but I was rather distracted and though shocked by the price, paid it. Only later realising that I'd been steamrolled. $80 for the frames, $200. for Elite Multifocus but somehow I was charged $479. !!!!! Sadly, it was only when I was posting my own review that I saw all the complaints about O.W. around Aus. Be very aware if you step into this store.

Called late on Sunday for an eye examination because I thought I had a foreign object in my eye. Fitted me in straight away and their optometrist managed to remove it. Great service well done.

Highly recommended. The staff were most helpful in all aspects from explaining the procedure to the results. Feeling unsure about what frames to choose was made easy with their guidance. 10 out of 10.
