Nice people to deal with. Just out of hospital and needed some home care equipment. They had it all ready to pick up and at very reasonable hire rates.

We had an excellent experience with Country Care Group Warrawong. They proficiently organised a rental hoist and hospital bed for my grandmother whilst we were down the coast on holidays, and they engaged in open communication and were excellent in organising pickup and delivery. Wouldn't wish for better service, they really helped us and contributed to our fantastic holiday.Couldn't recommend them more!

Had a very heavy fall in my garage tripped on the concrete from my height of six feet tall liken to a fallen tree hit the concrete hands out stretched out to cushion my fall injuries throughout aging bodyFull body scan January 2021 at age 84 lucky to survive .Independent Healthcare provided products to meet my needs.

Very helpful! So happy with the service. Wide range of aids for everyday life for the people that need that extra help. Great range of mobility aids from walking sticks to electric wheelchairs and mobility scooters

Very helpful staff, great new premises with a really wide range of products. Nearby on-street parking is limited to 15 minutes but there are 4-5 customer parking spots available inside.

Amazingly helpful, and affordable. I needed a wheel chair for single night for my ill grandfather with limited mobility. The staff here were helpful on the phone and in person and rental for the day/night was <$10 which was perfect.
