Very helpful a lot more helpful than Wallace bishop in queen st, and it was a loyal brand watch, they could not repair.VOGEL & CO can repair it without sending it away

First time visiting Vogel & Co. at Toowong, with my daughter, who was looking for a gift for her teacher and school friend. I was a little hesitant at first as I thought it might be too up-market for me :-) But as it happens, I was very pleasantly surprised. The woman serving us was attentive, polite, genteel and welcoming. She gave us plenty of time and space to browse until we required her assistance. She also offered to wrap the gifts, and took extra care in identifying each item. Overall, we had a great experience and will definitely return in future!

If I could give them more than 5 stars I would. I had an engagement ring made through their jeweller and the whole process and outcome was excellent. The staff are very friendly and helpful. They were a great help when it came to designing the ring and I even got to meet with the jeweller prior to the ring being made. Definitely go in and see them.

I had heard customer service here was quite poor and upon delivering some jewelry to be cleaned I didn't understand the previous reports, however I was informed that the cleaning would take no more than a day to preform and we'd get a call back from store clerk when it was ready for pick up... Over the next few days, nothing, I tried phoning twice... They do not answer calls. Ultimately we went in to pick it up a week later. And whilst the jewelry was wonderfully clean, I would not want to use their service again based on their customer service or lack there of.

Bought a pair of 18ct yellow gold round pearl earring studs two-three years ago, and one of the pearls have fallen off the cup/stem of the earring. Given the cost, surprised by the quality as they should have lasted longer than 2-3 years.

I bought a couple of watches from Vogel & Co and the service we received was easy and seamless. I recently brought three watches to be serviced and again the staff were very helpful and efficient. I was called a few days later with quotes for the service of each piece. All the watch were ready for pick up only a week after the acceptance of the quotes I have had consistently excellent service form their staff.
