Very, VERY average franchise.Poor setup, poor service and (IMO) poor leadership (or support for them), this Maccas has fallen far from what it used to represent.McDonalds is a place, a name, that should represent a decent level standard of service and an above average quality of food but from what I have experienced, is far what they are today.And I get that staffing, supply and external factors might contribute to certain factors but basic customer service shouldn’t be affected by these.Disappointing.

I ordered frozen Coca-Cola. Not exactly what I expected. Asked for large size but when I received it, it was filled up only half way ($2). It was drive thru order so couldn't go back. I know it's cheap, but it wasn't like what they advertised. Hmm....

Very poorly presented store. Looked untidy. Tables had trays and leftover food. Floor was dirty with spilt fluids. Amenities were very dirty. Staff attitude was one of indifference. I'm not coming back.

Rudest girl in drive through I have ever experienced, and not the first time. Either take pride in what you do or don’t do it at all. if i owned this place I would be re assessing the employees and get rid of the ones who are quite frankly giving this McDonald’s a bad name.Ps this was around 1am this morning

This place always is clean and there is always parking near the drive through plus toilets always clean. Great staff too.

Ordered a meal for pickup, drive thru queue was around the corner and back to president Avenue so we decided to go in to the store to pick up. Got back home and the girlfriend who is a vegetarian and ordered a McVeggie Deluxe meal (obviously no meat) opened her McVeggie container and was greeted by a McChicken burger. Clearly not happy as there was nothing else she could eat apart from soggy and gross chips.

I dined in because the drive-thru line was 15 cars long...The food was fresh & hot but they were chronically understaffed & as a result, the restaurant was an absolute mess - bins overflowing, rubbish on the floor and food on the floor of the mens restroom...Funnily enough, the Maccas app may reduce the number of FOH staff required but they're not being redirected to clean up the place... it was a sad reflection on staffing levels at this franchise !

Terrible experience. We were travellers who went through drivecthrough for 2 coffees. Line was super long. A car tried to pull in front of the car in front of us & nearly backed into us whilst trying to accommodate a rude driver who was wanting to short cut into the parking area through a no entry point.Then we got down to order & the young lady couldn't understand our order which involved a seniors coffee.Made us feel like never visiting again.
