Had to go here to return a product I purchased online. Mick was super friendly and explained what the next steps would be. The business is open till 6pm on weekdays, and shorter periods over the weekend, which is great for those working 9-5s. Great customer service, thank you!

Best priced storage in newcastle by far! Only paid about $40 a month for a metre squared storage locker! Staff are also really nice and helpful, would definitely recommend :) Location is relatively near to the university but a little far from the town centre, so is good if you have a car/ a friend who can drive you there since its a bit awkward travelling via public transport

This was absolutely best service we have had. Carol and Ian were super helpful, very friendly and welcoming! Great facilities, easy to drive in and out with a 20ft caravan. Definitely recommend this self storage here. Thank you guys!
