First time I’ve walked into Bing Lee belconnnen and I now ask myself why on earth did I put with the shocking service down the road at the good guys??After experiencing one of the most rudest and disrespectful retail experiences, I then experienced one of the best from David. Absolute legend - his service & knowledge definitely resolved my issue immediately and sold me a unit that was fit for purpose and had me on my way in next to no time. Extremely quick, knowledge and great customer experience albeit the store was extremely busy for a Saturday lunch time. Kudos to the Bing Lee team and David - I will definitely be back and never shopping down the road.Thank you!

Bing Lee's return policy does not specify a return period. Now I know why: its so that if you do ever try to return an item, they can say that you've taken too long. I bought a Fisher & Paykel 10kg washer that (a) leaks from the front door when I wash a queen doona and (b) terminates with soaked, soapy laundry when loaded with towels. I began complaining about this 2.5 weeks after receiving the item, when the problems became apparent. Bing Lee sent a technician from the manufacturer who said that he's received lots of complaints about this model and there's nothing he can do. He advised me not to wash doonas and towels in it. Bing Lee's rep. said that they won't take the item back as it was not dead on arrival". Every time I do laundry

Manager of the Bing Lee Belconen doesnot know how to deal with customer. He said he is happy to lose customer. He was so rude to me when i made a phone call regarding my TV.Never gonna go back again.I want to give zero stars.

Very poor customer service. If you think there's change of mind return, then you're absolutely wrong. I went back to the shop to return an item which was not opened at all. But after wasting heaps of time, they easily said they are able not to accept change of mind return. I was really upset and very close to leave the item there without refund.

The manager of the Bing Lee Belconnen does not know how to talk to the customer. No respect for the customer and the way he talks on the phone is terrible. Never going back to Bing Lee again. If I could I would give 0 stars.Terrible never go Bing Lee Belconnen their service is terrible.

Don’t purchase anything at this store, they sell used items!!!!!!!!!I just purchased my mouse two days ago, find it has been used, but didn’t find out the serial number of the mouse do not match that of the box.Awful shopping experience!

We purchased speaker which costs us $795 but later on we realised it was wrong model, wanted to swap that and get another regardless the fact that we were happy to pay whatever extra cost was! They told us in a very rude way that once the item is purchased from them, they won’t return swap or refund!! Very disappointed!! Regretted not going to JB Hi-Fi !! Never going back there again!! Wish I could give rating in minus!!!!
