Telstra Rosny Park

I went there last morning to buy an iPhone for me and for my wife. We would also change our plans and everything else. We waited about 30min. The girl behind the counter asked “how can I help?”. We explained the situation and she simply said. Nah… we don’t have this option anymore and she got a deadly silence and arms crossed. No offering any other option, plans or explaining the situation. Anyway… 30 mins for someone not in the mood to simply say (nope).

Did a 60 KLM roud trip to send my phone off for repairs only to be told they were fully booked out ,but the lady that I seen checked the phone and then took all my details to go back again when she had everything there to send it away without making another trip back when I told her I came from Sorell she said she can't help that. should never have shut the Sorellstore also she had time to deal wih me as she was only standing around

Would not sell me a iPhone as it was by appointment only what the hell shop runs like that .woman was rude and acted like I was a problem when I questioned it.I am a Telstra customer why can’t I get service from a Telstra shop. Now considering moving to another carrier . Also thanks to Jb hi fi for supplying me with a phone as requested and in a helpful and timely matter.

Had a great experience on 19/01 and bought two sim plans while Visited yesterday again 20/01 to buy iPhone on plan or outright. Female representative asked us to wait 40 minutes and we’ll be contacted over phone as team is currently busy. Returned to store after 40 minutes to face that we didn’t pick up the call (which we never received) and asked to wait again for someone else. Anyway moved to JB hifi and bought the iPhone 14 pro max outright.

I went into Telstra Eastland’s today and was served by a gentleman who was wearing a swipe with the name ‘Jill’. He provided exemplary customer service transferring over my new phone and stepping me through the different cost options before the sale; He also provided advice on the new adaptors and a case so my new phone doesn’t end up in the same condition as my old. I spent about an hour in the shop while my phone was transferring over, during this time he put my screen protector and case on for me and we had nice conversation. This gentleman was a real asset and has made me look forward to receiving my feedback form so I can give him the 10/10 he deserves!

It was really disappointing to see poor customer service by the Rosney Telstra. The lady who inquired even didn't want to listen properly the question and just want to get rid of me by saying contact the online team. Everything happen at the entrance even without offering a seat. I had the same internet problem in Adelaide but the people were really helpful and solved it instantly. This is very poor and shame to the Telstra company also. Now I am stucked with online team again which is restarting as waiting time is unpredictable.

I received excellent customer service from Sherry and the team at Telstra store in Eastlands, Rosny today. Although I arrived at a busy time, I was seated immediately and only had to wait about 15 mins before Sherry assisted me with choosing and purchasing a new phone. She listened to my needs and gave me several options, patiently answering my questions and explaining the differences between each option. She also helped set up my new phone and transferred data backed up from iCloud to my new phone quickly and effectively, and less than an hour after I walked into the store I left with a brand new phone that functioned perfectly, with all my pre-existing apps, data etc. Additionally, several of the other staff members helped amuse my baby (who was beginning to get tired and grisly) while Sherry helped to set up my new phone. All in all, today’s customer service experience exceeded my expectations, and I highly recommend Sherry and the Rosny Park Telstra team!

Pathetic. The staff are unhelpful. The wait time is ridiculous, and they’re offering less and less service. When you stand in line waiting for over 20 minutes and the ‘customer service’ person tells you, “You can do that online.” - it’s time to find a different ‘service’ provider.

I received exceptionally good customer service from Kieran. Polite, helpful and very knowledgeable I was assisted in a very professional manner.

Entered the store to get an issue resolved which had been an ongoing issue for well over a month and there was nothing but unhelpful staff which they advised me to come back tomorrow to speak to the employee (with blonde hair). I came back the next day and was told the employee had left for the day and that they would call tomorrow. I never received a phone call.Upon walking into the store there was a group of 5 employees who acted like they were still in high school and were very unprofessional setting a bad image for the store.On the third attempt going into the store we still didn't get this resolved. But the employee who assisted me this time was so much more helpful than the previous employees. I wish I remembered his name!I have been previously served by this blonde employee and she was nothing but unhelpful and I would not rate her customer service.I will not be returning to this store and will be going into the Hobart store in the future as they have much better customer service!
