Alex is an extremely talented health practitioner. I've been seeing her regularly since moving to the Gold Coast and have had excellent results with hormonal issues and headaches. Out of all the acupuncturists i've seen previously, Alex's session have been by far the most effective - Highly recommended!

Whenever I have anything going on in my body, whether it’s injury/pain, I’m stressed or rundown, I’m fighting off a bug, if I feel out of whack hormonally or digestively, if I am in need of some self-care, or I’m dealing with a more serious health issue, Anchor Health Clinic is my first point of call. I’ve been seeing Alex since 2017 and she’s such a warm and caring practitioner, and so knowledgeable and helpful with such a broad range of issues. She has supported me through so many chapters in my health and life and I couldn’t recommend her more highly. She combines different modalities like acupuncture, massage, cupping and more, and she always seems to know exactly what I need to walk out of the clinic in a completely different state to when I walked in. I had daily headaches and migraines and went to see Alex at Anchor Acupuncture. I had 3 sessions with her- even after the first session the headaches immediately stopped and i haven't had one since (4 weeks later). Alex is really professional and an expert in what she does.
