Terrible labour hire company, rude staff, barley any work, and I also had to chase up getting paid on time. I do not recommend this company to anyone if you can find another labour hire company i recommend you do.

I have been with globe for nearly a year now with consistent work the whole time. As per any job a positive attitude and good work ethic will see you with no shortage of work. Globe keeps in contact with there employee's and listen to their feed back, in short they back you 100% of the way. The staff at globe are friendly, helpful and can be contacted at any time during office hours should you have a question or need there help. I definitely get a very family oriented feeling with how globe run there company.

I joined up with globe 6 months ago it's been a steady stream of work , Courtney is especially friendly all the staff seem keen to find me work, the pay system is second to none the app is easy to use I would recommend this group to others 5 star rating

Were good until the last year,They should have kept there old staff.Thats because I have 2 children under 2 years that need my help.Took 3 days for my kids and haven't had work for 3 weeks.Never had that issue the 7 years I have being off and on with globe.Also you offered me landscaping, which I have said time and time again I am not a landscaper.Don't know who was yelling down the phone this morning.

I initially signed up with Globe for what was supposed to be a few weeks work while I found a 'proper job'. That was 2 years ago. In that time I have been offered jobs and advancement from several of the companies that I worked for through Globe, however I have stuck with Globe for a few reasons. Firstly, they allow me to have a certain degree of freedom in my schedule, something that is very important to me. They have work if I want it (my last Globe job was 8 months and my current is scheduled for 18 months), but I'm not forced to take it. I'm not necessarily stuck in a situation or a site I don't want to be on. Secondly, the Globe staff are professional and very easy to deal with.I've found that, like any job, you get out what you put in with Globe. If you are willing to show up and do the work they are going to back you up and keep you busy.

started working with globe since september 2018 and theyv kept me working since, apart from the odd day here and there in between changing from one company to the other. when looking through my resume and trade papers at the induction, the staff recognised my trade papers, although they were from the UK, and kept me working in the same line of work which was great on their part. staff are very approachable and understanding when you need some time off and are willing to get you back working when you are available again. if you turn up when your supposed to and just do what your asked, you should have no problem getting work, as supervisors are always in contact with globe staff about your attitude and capabilities, so having a good positive attitude going to work will only benifit your chances of consistent work.

Don't trust them at all, they will send you out to site and not comply with construction regulations. Refusing to pay the minimum 4 hours if sent home early, won't even pay for the 2 hours I was there. AVOID

From no experience and struggling on centrelink to applying with Globe and starting work the next day. I have now been labouring nearly 2 years on some great sites with top tier companies.Globe pays well and weekly, their timesheet system is efficient and easy to use. Recruitment team is friendly and very helpful.All you need is a whitecard.Highly recommended!
