I had previously rated this 5 stars which I reduced to 3 stars based on recent experiences. Their response was “ visit the spa more often to have a better experience”. One star is about right.

They offer a nail service, which was disappointing to say the least.$130 for 1 hour of manicure and pedicure, lying down, with a mask on my eyes, a hot stone on my stomach and a head massage.I had no idea this was going to be my nail treatment, which turned up to be the worst nail polish application I've ever had. Cuticles and fingers had polish on them, uneven and lumpy nail polish application.The explanation I had from their manager is that they are not a nail bar. So, if they can't offer a good nail job, why have it on their menu.I went to my daughter's wedding looking like a child had painted my nails!I will not go back.

Read the great reviews and decided to try Endota Spa Kew. It did not disappoint. I chose the surrender package; 45 minutes body massage + 30 minutes facial. The therapist was very friendly and applied just the right amount of pressure and it was very relaxing. There was head massage during mask treatment as well. Would definitely recommend it and would come back.

Everything about my experience at endota spa Kew was magical! From the moment I stepped in the door i felt such wave of relaxation come over me. I have had many spa treatments over my time and this was by far the best! My therapist was incredible and made sure my expectations were not only met but exceeded!! Endota kew always exceeds expectations with amazing remedial massages from Sandy, Marion and Michelle, and wonderful beauty treatments from all the girls in the spa. the team is always welcoming and warm to everyone who steps in. cannot recommend this spa enough!

I had a 1hr Dermasweep facial after having recurring issues with combination oily/dry skin and breakouts due to stress, and left feeling amazing. The treatment combined with the information provided by my therapist was exactly what I was after and left me feeling informed, refreshed and cleansed, would 100% recommend to anyone going for a first time facial or skin care lovers as the Dermalogica testers I was given on the way out have been excellent. Will 100% be back to see Brooke.
