After spending $3000 on repairs and service, the initial issues were still there. Definitely not coming back, after leaving my vehicle there for a week when they said it was only going to be 2 days. Not returning my phone calls, leaving me with existing engine issues and squeeking brakes that were never there in the firat place and damaging master cylinder.

Excellent service from Michelle and the team installing new Yokohama tyres. Did the job on time and to a high standard - the new wheels are a joy to drive. The included car clean was a wonderful surprise!

Absolutely the worst service in Queensland. Selling cars without changing plate ownership which makes it impossible to register the car in your name. When you ring for the problem to be amended there is nobody there to take your call except for the receptionist that can't get anyone to pick up the phone to address the problem. Not a manager, not a sales rep, nobody. Even after multiple attempts. No wonder this place has the worst reputation for poor service and hopeless capabilities. They don't even deserve 1 star, it should be in the minuses.

Had a great experience getting my Renault serviced here. It was $200-400 cheaper than all the quotes I received. They were pleasant to deal with throughout the process. The car was serviced quickly and ready for the time I asked for, and was we washed for me (which some places seem to omit these days). Thanks Adam and the team.
