Just want to pass on some feedback for the excellent service and assistance received by Steve Mcmenamin from ABC on my partner and I new home journey.We are new to the process, and dealing Steve with over the past few months has been a pleasure.Steve’s knowledge on new home options and processes, constant and clear communication has made us feel at ease knowing we are all on the same page. Steve’s diligent and tailored approach to our home has made all the difference for us.Also really impressed with his constant follow ups for us with his own team internally to get things done in time.Really looking forward to the rest of our new home journey.Keep up the great work Steve and ABC.

Alot of these reviews are about the beginning of the process and nothing about any of the finish product of the house. Nothing about the actual houses you're buying just about the service you're getting in buying a house but nothing to do with the next process. Check out the facebook group as you're not alone. With promises that are just going to be broken with changes to my plan and that excitement where i thought had it sorted - promises to include things where they didn't include them at all ; had taken the time to even point out and ask if my changes to the lights and vents were added they were not. I was told it was in the contract it wasn't. Gotten caught out in being told that everything is going well when got 4 holes in the roof any nothing is being done about it even getting told they would - over a month later and still the same excuses. Plastering destroyed , painting colours done incorrectly with wrong colours even after double checking it. Suggest you be very careful with ABC.

Jason De Felice from the Kalkallo team made our building process a breeze! Over the past few years my partner and I have been looking at building our first home together, we had gone to many different builders and always left feeling unsure of the process or just given the standard brush off treatment assuming it had something to do with our age.When we met Jason he made the process extremely easy and treated us in a friendly manner which made it seem as if you were talking to a friend rather than a sales consultant. He didn’t try to push us into building if we weren’t ready to do so but still informed us of all the details and process of building a first home even though there wasn’t a guarantee that we were going to build.Jason was able to quote up our dream home and give us an idea of what we would be up for to get everything that we could possibly want in our home in a way that made it seem like you had known him for a very long time, without even having to commit to them as a builder. This took the pressure and stress out of the building process.Jason’s Trades background meant that he wasn’t like those typical sales people who only care for getting a sale and was able to make real-world recommendations and assist with all queries we had.My favourite part about the process was the colour appointment that we were able to do at his office and that Jason was very honest and made the whole process easy. He put in the effort and stayed back late just to help us ensure things were perfect.I highly recommend Jason from ABC for anyone looking to build!

Highly Recommend Jason and Team from ABC display homes at Cloverton Estate in Kalkallo.Jason was very helpful to us from Start, helped in selecting Land as per our Criteria, his inputs very very valuable guiding us in choosing the right plans that suited us, they have good range of floor plans to choose from, he changed the Plans for us till the last moment which is a big deal to some first home buyers.Jason and team were very through at what they do and in accommodating your requests in the best possible way. He is very patient and also helped us select colours to our home which carried a theme from the available options.Any first home buyers looking to get a good deal and are not sure where to start, I would recommend Consulting Jason at ABC homes display in Cloverton Estate, the best person.

Disgusting customer service, increase costs at every opportunity but they make sure your signed into the contract first, won't help you in anyway only care about taking extra money off you at every turn! Said the build would take 7 months, were 7 months in and only just got the building permit
