Brilliant expert advice and service. Went home and was able to start learning piano straight away as the books bought were perfect for a person with no music knowledge and experience what so ever.Great customer service. Friendly and really helpful advice. Asked about my needs and level of knowledge and actually directed me to the perfect product for me. I didn't feel like they were just salespeople. They care about customer and product and music.

Levi is amazingly helpful and reliable.I’ve recommended him to numerous students and families wishing to purchase a piano. Levi always takes the time helping my students acquire the instrument that will best suit them.

Excellent service by courteous and knowledgable staff - quality products at great prices. I checked out the Yamaha MODX7 for my brother on Saturday - Foleys happily held it for 3 days for a solid pre-purchase workout today. Newcastle musos of all levels are lucky to have Foleys and Musos Corner.

Excellent service! We went in to buy a saxophone, and the lady there was so patient and helpful - even when the store got busy. She helped my boy test out a sax, and made sure he was comfortable playing it before he left the store. Thank you!

Friendly service. Very helpful. We were served by a lovely lady (sorry I forgot your name! ) we didn't feel presssured but were able to try the piano before we bought it. Super easy purchase and the prices were super competitive!

Zero stars if I could. I purchased a brand new YAMAHA upright piano, but received a display one without any notice before delivery. Levi is not a trustable person, carefully before buying. Already contacted Fair Trading.

There‘s not a week I don‘t head into Foley‘s. As a music teacher (with zero affiliation to either Foley‘s or Musos) I‘m pleased to support this local institution. Always helpful in sourcing music in addition to providing an excellent range, I feel confident sending students and parents in to browse the extensive selection of music and get advice on big instrumental purchases. Levi knows the products and takes the time to ensure you are buying the best instrument for the price. The also have loads of band instruments & parts and spares for strings too. Get on in. Music has to be seen, felt and heard. I‘m happy to support Foley‘s because they support the musicians of Newcastle and the Hunter.

Haven't actually been inside the shop inca couple of years but assuming it's the same, lovely staff, selection is alright although am I allowed to say I have never stopped missing Lathams when it was at it's peek?

This is a shame I have to review this company in this manner, because, before I would have given them 5 stars for sales and service. At that point all is good, until you have to return something under warranty. I returned a 3 month old piano and told that it would take 3 weeks just to look at it, and who knows how long after that. This is not a timely manner to deal with a warranty claim. Excuses given that there is only 1 x repair person in all of Newcastle.

Outstanding and knowledgeable service from Levi at Foleys Pianos. I have been a regular customer purchasing a number of pianos and endless sheet music over the years and nothing is ever too much trouble.
