Great customer experience by lovely staff who has a golden mind service. I went to buy some mulch for my garden. But I picked the wrong kind of mulch. Staff dealt with the refund and silly customer like me really well.

Excellent service by Stephen in the trade part of the store. Helped me out with a wheelbarrow. Might sound like minor assistance but was running late for job and got me back on the road in minutes. Deserves a commendation.

Good range but be careful buying larger items. Make sure you keep receipts as I bought a brushcutter that work for 1 1/2 tanks of fuel and died. Took it back as i couldnt find the receipt and got told they had never sold any.

Today I attended the Sebas store to use a gift card. My visit was unforgettable thanks to the attitude I observed Wendy conduct and the unprofessional manner in which she spoke to her peer in front of customers. For unknown reasons the gift card I intended to use to pay for my items was not working, which led to Wendy allowing herself to become visibly frustrated and inconvenienced by my transaction after 5 minutes of trying my card, and made me feel embarressed to be a customer. In front of myself, team member Sam and other customers - Wendy demanded her peer Hudson take over for her in a rude and disrespectful manner, so she could remove herself from the registers and go help someone else

Purchased a lawn mower from the store on Gillies street. It was dodgy so rang up and they told me to go to the sebas store. How we got treated there was extremely disgusting. We got treated like we were dumb and tried blaming the faults on us. Never going back again

I was after Pressure sprayer and checked out Bunnings, as usual plenty of nothing. I walked into mitre10 Sebastopol and not only did they have the Hills 8 litre one I wanted, a but there were so many other tank capacities to choose from....one satisfied customer.

Normally, I would give a good rating, except today one of the staff members decided to tell the girl serving us, about a matter that was irrelevant to us and so she was concentrating on him and ignoring us. This discussion could have been had later and not whilst serving customers. So much for customer service.
