First and last time I'll ever goto this service station. Very bad customer service.Went to fill up at 3:30am before work. Then went to purchase some water and make a coffee, and was rudely made by the staff via them setting off their emergency alarm to go to the night shift counter to pay. When they set the alarm off I turned and looked at both of them as I was startled, with them both point to the night shift counter.I had my wallet and card in my hand, I'm in work uniform in a quiet new suburb. So obviously I had all intentions of paying and getting other items and was judged and treated like a thief by both of the staff working.I understand that the Nightshift counter is used by staff for their safety IF THEY FEEL THAT THEY ARE NOT ABLE TO PROVIDE SERVICE SAFELY.But when there's 2 of them, in a quiet family suburb, and they see someone who is still half asleep in uniform and just wanting to get a coffee, waters and pay for the fuel there needs to be a better level of judgement.EG, AMPOL and the owner needs to address this and correctly train staff.

Great petrol, kind bloke at the counta!

Why have a coffee machine if coffee is never available at night. Twice now the night shift guy has refused to make my coffee giving no reason why whatsoever. Losing the plot when it comes to customer service and should probably join MacDonalds Oran Park in learning how to operate a store and stop being lazy and actually do the job your paid to do or find something other than retail/hospitality as a job!

Disgusting customer service. Made my sister in law cry over $20 of petrol. She had forgotten her card at home and her kids were getting late for school. She offered to leave her details down to come back and make a payment when she drops her kids off to school 2 minutes away but an employee named Ramon declined and said he will call the police instead. This is the most disgusting customer service I have ever seen in my life. He needs to get fired as he doesn't understand basic manners, common sense and work ethics. I do not recommend fuelling or shopping here. You might get the police called on you instead of finding a simple resolution. Will definitely make a complaint to HR regarding this incompetent worker
