Not sure what to say, I should have planned and brang my camping gear as I was waiting for well over 1hr to be served, which RACV refused to do over the phone and was done in person within minutes. The staff were great but the wait needs to be addressed

RACV is a very good insurance company and I would highly recommend getting insurance from them, the staff are great and really help when you call them, overall nice place I would 100% stay with them.

New system for customers is very convenient and shorten waiting time.

I came here to organise my international driver's licence. Ephie who was working at the desk helped me organise it. She was amazingly friendly and efficient. This is the kind of customer service that all companies should train for. She was great. Thanks Ephie

Fail to send me renewals and overpriced. $200 more expensive than competitor and that’s with member discount for gold member and other policies.Poor service and expensive. Don’t deserve my business.

Long wait. Given they have closed service centres in chadstone and south land need more staff.

The 23/June 22, I contacted customer service and spoke to “KAREN”, she the most disrespectful, arrogant with an attitude, however she had abruptly ended my call, when I asked for her identification number or full name, and had to call back, which was inconvenient and frustrating, I do not know why RACV allow these sort of people who are in the front line, been given the position of customer service, to represent RACV.. she clearly is not suited at that position,, Being a member for many years, the service received was deplorable and truly disgraceful, WELL DONE RACV!!!!

Would not recommend RACV trades to safe someones life, to be frank.My parents had a trade come out to look at their AC and within 4-5 minutes he said a new unit was needed and billed them for $345.When escalating the matter to RACV Member Relations, they said the trades was on site for 45 minutes and did a full diagnosis... okay when? There's 4 adults who were on site that attest to the fact the trade was here less than 5 minutes??RACV does not care about their members honesty, and that's appalling.

They charged me $450 to check on a car that I was going to purchase. They assured me everything was fine and checked over.Luvkily I chose to take it on one more test drive and let a family friend who knows alot about cars also drive it.And what we found was the 4 wheel drive system was faulty and a few other things. How the hell does a trained worker miss this? When we saw it easily.When I complained i was told to talk to a different person over and over again, they must have throught id just give up but after trying for weeks they basically just told me to get stuffed and that I wont get any money back.$450 gone for absolutely nothingDisgusting really.
