Camden Day & Night Pharmacy (previously Blooms Camden)

Our experience was a Few years ago now when my wife was pregnant, but we have not been back. I will go anywhere esle but here. I experienced very, very poor customer service by the Pharmacist. My preganant wife was sick and our doctor made a house call and gave her a script for medication. It was late and just before closing I rushed down to get the script filled for her before the chemist closed. The pharmacist, i dont know, mistook me for someone else??? Or I must of looked dishevelled to him. Yes looking after my sick preganat wife, our todler as well as shift work does have that effect. The Smart allec made comments towards my appearance, and closing time etc . Anyway long story short he gave me the wrong script. Luckily when i got home i looked at the medication prior to giving it to my wife. I phoned a 24hrs chemist to clarify what i was given and what was on the script. To put it bluntly the 24hrs chemist advised very very sternly do not give this to you wife and to Go back to your doctor tomorrow and get him to phone the pharmacist. Now I dont know what the clown gave me but luckily i had the sense to not give it to her, and get a second opinion. The next day My doctor was disgusted and had a very intense conversation with the pharmacist in charge over the phone. Needless to say when i arrived to get the correct script they were very friendly and most apologetic for the mishap. Now i am not sure what they gave me but my doctor advised me that we were lucky that i did not give it to my wife.I will not be back.

What a great pharmacy, the staff are so lovely and helpful, I would 100% recommend them if you want personal and tailored professional help.

I went in with a sore throat, the staff were friendly and gave me some advice.

The floor staff were helpful but the check out staff leave customers waiting in line to discuss things that can wait. I was waiting in correct place according to their arrows on the floor but they decided to serve customers that queued incorrectly without asking who was next. This happened twice in 2 days. When queue was forming, they called for someone to help but ignored those waiting and joined forces to serve same customer. Did not acknowledge those waiting in line.

If you need psychiatric medicine, do NOT seek it at this pharmacy. I have a disorder which requires a few different medications, a few months ago when going to fill these; the owner verbally abused my mother and 85 year old grandmother, refusing to fill the medication. Today, my mother wanted to fill a prescription for her own psychiatric medication (which is substantially less potent as my own) and was promptly turned away via phone. I was originally told that the owner did not want their name associated with my necessary prescriptions. I would like to add that had I not gotten my medication from Priceline, a more agreeable establishment, that I was a high risk of harm and becoming catatonic. I advise anyone with mental health issues and requires important medication to look elsewhere!

If i could shout from the rooftops just how amazing the team at Camden and Carrington Blooms are i would.Every single visit to the store i am greeted with a friendly face and helpful attitude (which we all know that this day and age is like gold) the customer service is second to none.I have witnessed the pharmacists go above and beyond every time for customers and help as much as possible where they can.My grandmother is looked after with her scripts and she is made feel like a priority.Honestly the overall customer experience and consistency of care from all team members is something that should be highlighted.Well done Blooms!!!
