TIFS 3PL Warehouse

I have been with TIFS for nearly 5 years and have experienced constant growth with the team. Here's to another 5 years! ^_^

Do not recommendWe used this company for 7 months before getting out and it couldn't be soon enough. Constant billing issues, overcharging on invoices, late and incorrect shipping of stock to customers, terrible customer service and very outdated/clunky online reporting. Definitely do not recommend

Best Logistics company in Australia. There portal is very interactive and has all the features that I need. If there is any issue, they resolve it very quickly.

I have been using the services of Tifs for 15 month after having my own warehouse for over 25 years. I have to say that they have not only met, but exceeded my expectations time and time again.One of the brands I distribute, is not an easy one to handle for a 3PL. Thanks to the flexibility of the Tifs team, we have developed a procedure how we can continue to delivery the quality and speedy service my customers demand even on a challenging product .So thanks for the team at Tifs for looking after my stock and customers in such a professional, efficient and low effort manner. I work in IT and had a positive and efficient experience with Tifs IT staff.

When they are good they are great. When they are bad they very frustrating. Hard to get a straight answer and charges keep rising with no increase in efficiency/services. Antiquated web interface/portal with insufficient reporting data.
