we found platinum flooring to be prompt and professional from our first call to the invoice. Herring bone flooring laid perfectly even considering there are almost no straight walls or square corners and some with no skirting it was all just perfect. True craftsmanship. Highly Recommend!

Absolutely THRILLED with our flooring. Rhett and the team were so helpful throughout the process, from helping to select the perfect floor type and colour, to working in with other trades and timelines for installation. The end result is perfect! Any small issues along the way were quickly identified by the installer and a suggestion on rectification brought to me. Very happy with everything and the floor looks great!

Rhett did an amazing job, ours was a lot of patch work as we had ripped up parts of the floor and wanted engineered timber laid over old timber floors, old tiles and all the holes in between. Rhett matched it all in, soured matching trim for us and the result is incredible. Rhett and Tenielle were so helpful and friendly to deal with from the start to the finish. I highly recommend Platinum Flooring and will definitely use them again.
