Extremely poor service. Asked for a passport photo for my 4-year old son who was with me, to which the owner responded I don’t take photos for kids because they move around. I was stunned by the response, however recollected myself and requested humbly can we try, to which he answered if it takes more than 2 minute he will charge $5 more. I said this service is absolutely appalling and he is very unprofessional, to which he asked me to leave.No raises voice/foul language used, however I can’t understand why such poor service exists. Anyway move on.

Horrible service. He did not want to take a passport photo of a child. Tried everything to get out of it. But after a lot on convincing he did. But instead of charging the published $18.95, he decided to charge $25 instead. Worst customer service ever.

Incompetent staff. Unorganised and slow service. The procedures for everything seem very unconventional and inefficient compared to other POs I've been to.

Is this post office some kind of a joke? Elderly gentleman behind the counter just finished his lunch, still munching on his last mouth full. Than obviously annoyed by my interruption to his lunch wanted me to pay separately for tracking number. Lowest standard of any post office.

I dropped in and asked for a piece of paper, and the Malaysian? lady said you need to pay for it, I asked how much. She thought about it and said hmmmm give me 20 cents. A one sided A4 print from Officeworks only costs 5 cents by the way. I said fine, I’ll pay for it and grabbed out my card. She said you don’t have 20-cent coin with you? I was like no, and she didn’t want to sell the piece of 20 cent A4 paper any more .....how stingy can people get...

Does not even deserve one star!! Went to pick up the parcel at Surrey hills LPO. Rudest staff I have ever seen!!!! Refused to give me my parcel for 10 min because I had no proof I was living at this address! (I’m an international student living with my host family) I explained that the package was from my family in France (sender + me having the same last name but not enough) I had the parcel reference TIME 3 (photo of the receipt from France, in my mail I had received and on the note left by postman!) THE LADY WAS INCREDIBLY RUDE AND WAS TAKING THE PARCEL AWAY FROM ME! Never seen that in my entire life! Worse customer service ever.

Post Office at 100 Union Rd Surrey Hills were so unhelpful in helping me find my lost parcel and they sent back to sender too early! I would not recommend going to this post office.

Sending 7+ parcel prepaid. Asked for a lodgement receipt rather than dumping at a post box. The guy came up with Excuses saying they don’t do lodgement receipts when I’ve gotten it all the time (I send parcels weekly) then went on saying I have customers to seve, move over don’t waste my time.Am I not a customer? I just wanted security I’ve lodged it as I’ve had several experience of lost parcel without lodgement acknowledge.Went to Mont Albert PO, 2 sec in and out. Done!I’ve had many similar experience with the SH Po before too. Not happy
