Solar Merchants

Solar Merchants installed my second solar system recently. They were on schedule, prompt and did a super job. All products were as contracted and performed as expected. The installation was followed up by phone calls and a visit to configure the two systems. I am most impressed with their professionalism and efficiency.

I've agonised for quite a while over who to choose for our Solar and Battery install. Mustafa came out to the house and spoke very clearly about my expectations and concerns with absolutely no sales pressure. After a couple of quotes from others, I'm very glad I chose Solar Merchants. His team were all over it! Great communication throughout the process (with the team and the installers). Very professional job and finish. I've even waited a few months to post - to ensure that everything is running smoothly (with the install, safety certificate, power company etc.). You won't be disappointed. 5stars.

Mustafa is an absolute gem. Clear communication, listens to our needs and assisted in finding the applicable rebates etc. We never felt pushed and have had great contact since our installation. How lovely to now use the free winter sun instead of paying the power companies. Highly recommended.

We have just got a 6.6kw system install. Mustafa has been very helpful and informative throughout the process. Mo is a good installer as well. Obviously since we have just got the system, we can’t comment on the long term aspect of the system yet but the team has given us a high level of confidence about it. Solar Merchants provided a top class product and installation for our household PV and battery storage. The quote was competitive and Mustafa and his team were professional and fastidious. Follow up support has been excellent too. When our energy monitoring app appeared to drop data, Mustafa promptly responded and worked with the manufacturer to resolve the issue. Dealing with Mustafa, Ron and the installers has been a great experience. From the initial call regarding a new inverter to the finished product, the process couldn't have gone any smoother. Having had an old solar system (1.5Kw) for many years Mustafa advised me to start from scratch and change not only the inverter, which had packed up, but the panels as well. He organized a visit to us from Ron who explained further what was needed, and the next day Ron had the paperwork sent, via email, for us to look at. After a couple of emails later to sort out a few minor changes, we were ready to sign.The system was installed by three professional installers who listened to what was required and, after cleaning up, left the property as they found it. I couldn't be happier with the result and my thanks go out to everyone involved.
