Visitor Lounge
Fantastic service and helpful staff. We checked out from our hotel at 10:30 am and we 5 people including children. Our airport bus was 5:30 pm. They offered us to leave our bags with them , which was a great relief. And we rested a bit and distressed and got refreshed . They got comfortable large sittings , water perfumes, bathrooms. Then they offered us vouchers and maps for the shopping centre. They made our last day in Gold Coast enjoyable. Thank you

Free shuttle from Seaworld Resort (takes about 45mins to get to PF after all pick ups). Be warned though, the 5pm shuttle to return to Seaworld Resort was cancelled, but luckily, we were forwarned of this possibility and were told that public bus 705 will get us back. 705 only gets you to Seaworld Theme Park, not the resort. You will either have to walk or Uber to the resort

Great service, kept our bags for the day while we shopped. Also gave us coupons for special deals and it's a really well maintained lounge with nice amenities. Thank you again to the lady at reception, you're a legend, sorry I didn't catch her name.

This is a very good lounge for visitors. There is coupons, a bus service back to the main hotels, toilets, lockers and free wifi. Plus, it is very modern and clean, with nice staff to top it all off. I highly recommend coming to this lounge if you are a tourist.
