Loved that I could find a place that would do things to my specification. Too many things todays are ‘one size fits all’ and this allowed me to fit things to my home.My wife and I did the measurements ourselves for four wardrobe inserts, and two shelves. Honestly, we messed up the measurements on the wardrobe inserts, and didn’t account for the kicker, so that’s on us. However no harm done, and we got everything cut down to size. I would recommend using their home measurement service just for peace of mind, unless you’re practiced in this kind of thing.As for the product itself, it’s your standard melamine veneer particle board style you’ll find in any home. It’s a good weight though, so it’s definitely not the cheapest material - can confirm after carrying all 120kg up two flights of stairs.The customer service is amazing. Genuinely amazing. Not only did they hold onto our order for months while we arranged a courier after the Christmas period, but Karen was super responsive and helpful in dealing with the courier. Furthermore, when we thought we had an issue with our order (our fault, not theirs - the wrong measurements I mentioned earlier), Karen called us to get feedback on what went wrong, why, and how they could improve. Absolutely _unheard of_ in this day and age. Super impressed, and will recommend these guys to anyone looking for their kind of products.Absolutely astonished by the poor Google reviews on here - this does not at all match with my experience.
